Forgot Orkut Email ID and Password and Secondary email ID also Or Problem in Login Issue

How to Recover the Email ID associated with Orkut ?


If you have forgot your email ID then It is little difficult to Recover that ID.

  • If you were using Gmail ID as login ID, you can try to send the link to secondary ID. Follow the Step:-

  • Click the Link below to recover

 It will redirect to the Nest page,

  •    Type the characters you see in the picture below.

  • A captcha will come fill that and submit. Then A list of any usernames associated with that recovery email address will be sent to the Email address you have provided.

If you have forget your secondary/ ID

  • Then ask your friends who are present in your Orkut account for the Primary ID. Then can help you in those cases.

  • If you didn't enter a recovery email address when you created your Gmail address, but you were invited to Gmail, you may be able to retrieve your username by clicking the link in your Gmail invitation.

  • If you didn't use an invitation to sign up for Gmail and didn't list a recovery address when you created your Gmail address, please ask any contacts you've sent messages to to verify what your username is.

Choose any of them (Recovery Options) and Proceed, then you can reset your password.

Suspended Profile for Orkut and Its Possible Solutions

Why Orkut Accounts are Suspended ?

 Generally Orkut accounts are suspended due to violation of Content Policy, or Removal Policy, and TOS of orkut and Image Uploading Policy of Orkut. One thing Suspended account due to Violation of Orkut Policies cannot be re-activate again.If your account has been disabled, remember to review the relevant Terms of Service before attempting to create another account.

 How to Recover a Suspened Orkut Profile ?

 Try to Submit the Recovery form For Review against Suspension of the Orkut Account

 In the above mentioned linked form you will be asked fro two emails address. 1st One is the  e-mail in which the Your Profile is associated and  the second one is for the Orkut Team to contact you if, if necessary request additional information. Please Note that if you have violated the Terms and Conditions. After completing and submitting the form for a review, all content will be reviewed manually and carefully by the Orkut Team. The average time is 15 days. It is recommended that the user accesses your profile these days, and after this period, the user can not have more access, unfortunately the profile found grounds for deletion. In such cases, I suggest users to create a new account and pay attention to Orkut Policy,  Content Policy to the next profile will not be deleted again in future. I have Deleted My Account, Can I retrieve that account Again ? 

 Deleted Account Cannot be Retrieved if once it deleted, Nor any related materials canbe recovered from that account, like Scraps, Photos, Testimonials or any other materials. But One thing if you have deleted that account by yourself then you can create a new account with the Same Email address but no any materials can be recovered from the previous account. You can add those friends again from your existing contacts.

“Your input contents were not valid” !!!!!


Generally there is a limit of maximum 1000 friends in our Orkut Profile. A user only can add 1000 friends in his/ her profile. If the Error “Your input contents were not valid” comes then, It means the Orkut Profile has reached the maximum number of friends in his/her profile contacts including the Open Friend Request, Existing Friends (All Friends). It means it doesn’t allow add/accept more friends in the profile. Sometimes neither 1000 of friends in the profile nor in the Contacts, but the error come also.

 This error can be solved by doing this:--

Tips Regarding Saving of Orkut Chat History

Can I save Chat History on Orkut? How to Save Orkut Chat History?
In simple sentence we cannot save directly the Chat History of Orkut.If we have a Gmail ID associated with the Orkut account then We can save our Orkut Chat History, But not Directly.There are Two Ways to save Orkut Chat history of Orkut. Let Me Describe.

1st Way of Saving Chat History
To access that Chat history we have to keep open our Gmail account in another tab at the time of Orkut Chat.
Steps to Save the Chat History:-
  • When you are using Orkut please open another tab in your browser for Gmail and Starts your Chatting with your Orkut Friends.
  • Chat History of Orkut will automatically pop up in Gmail account (in another opened tab) and it will save the Chat History.
  • Also you can Check that by Searching of that Specific User by Searching in the Search Box of Gmail like that:- in:chats Email ID of your Friends (abcdef@gmailcom) or in:chats Name of your Friends.Check the Image, Image:-Attachment-2
2nd Way of Saving Chat History.
  • In this Way also you need the Gmail ID associated with the Orkut Account
  • Login to Your Account through the Gtalk.
  • If you have Activated Two step Verification then You Need to Login with the Username and Application Specific Password (Not the Normal Password of your account).
  • (Optional)Open Your Orkut Account with the Browser; In this Case you needn’t to Open Gmail in the Browser. If you access/Browsing Orkut like Scrapping, Community post or any Update then you need to open the Orkut In Browser other wise you needn’t to Open the account. (Its Your Choice)
  • Start your Chatting with Your Orkut Friends through Gtalk. It will save the History in your Gmail Account.
  • To Check those history you can Check those By Clicking the Dropdown Menu button of Gtalk, Check the Image and Select the “View Past Chats”. It will show the Gmail account Chat history of that Specific Friends. (It will open a Browse which is default browser of your System) Check Below Image.


  • To Access/See/Check that Chat History, Go to the Chat label and select that and Check. You can Use the Direct link :- https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?tab=wm#chats
    • Also you can Check that by Searching of that Specific User by Searching in the Search Box of Gmail like that:- in:chats Email ID of your Friends (abcdef@gmailcom) or in:chats Name of your Friends, Check the Below Image.
The above explanation about the saving of chat history may not be appropriate to save this  chat history as we have to access the Gmail in another tab at every time or by using the Google Talk, but there is no other way to do this. This is an alternate way to save the Chat History and alternate always means to compromise.
If you have an Email ID associated with Orkut account is a NonGmail account then there is no another way to save the Orkut Chat History.
