Orkut Impersonation:  Someone is Using My Identity/Name/Photos in the Orkut or Using Fake Profile with my all data and Pretending to be Me

What is Orkut Impersonation ? 

Impersonating Others User with Identity/Name/Photo is against the Google Terms of Service,  and Policy which will cause deletion of Profile.If someone is Using any Profile with your Identity/Name/Photos and Pretending to be you then You have Impersonated. We can say that Fake Profile in the name of yours managing by others for Misuse.

How Can I get Help from the Orkut Team ?

If you have been Impersonating by someone  and want to File an Impersonation report then you must demonstrate that you are the person being impersonated. To be considered impersonation, the profile pretending to be you will likely need to have a name matching (or very similar to) your legal name.Orkut Team can only process complaints made by the person who is being impersonated. If you found a profile that's impersonating a friend or family member, Orkut Team will be unable to remove that unless that person contacts us through the report of impersonation described below.Keep In Mind that Orkut Team cannot take action if you don't attach a valid photo ID when required to do so (e.g. Driving License, National ID Card, Student ID etc).

Please Follow the Steps and Required Field to be filled in the Forms are Listed below:-

• Your legal name
• Your email address
• The name on your Orkut Profile
• The web address (URL of the Profile) for your Orkut profile
• The name of the Orkut profile that is impersonating you
• The web address (URL)of the Orkut profile that is impersonating you
• Any additional details that support your claim

Keep In Mind that Orkut Team cannot take action if you don't attach a valid photo ID when required to do so (e.g. Driving License, National ID Card, Student ID etc).
